taken but not guaranteed.
Group or multiple room
bookings require fifty
percent deposit which is
non-refundable.

Children
Children (two under the age
of twelve, or one over the
age of twelve can be
accommodated in the Yellow
and Blue rooms, with
additional charge of twenty
dollars per child. Infants
and toddlers are no
additional charge.
Pets
Pets in Red room twenty
dollars additional charge,
only one pet
permitted...guest pays for
any damage, pet must be
quiet!

Corporate weekday rates
available year round, call
for rate information.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy is seven
working days prior to
arrival date or fifty
percent of room rate will be
charged, refusing a room or
failure to show the entire
amount will be charged.
Check-In /Check-Out:
Check-in is between 1:00 PM
and 8:00 PM EST

to notify Inn in advance.
